Who we are. SocietyScan is operated by Vinkiya, Navi Mumbai. Contact: admin@vinkiya.com.
What we collect. From team members who submit a lead: name, email address and mobile number. About the housing society: name, address, plot and building details, and documents uploaded with the lead (for example occupancy certificate, lease, plans and member lists).
How we use it. Only to evaluate redevelopment opportunities, to follow up on missing information, and to assign internal tasks. We do not sell or rent any data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored. In our Google Workspace (Google Drive, Sheets, Forms and Gmail), with access limited to authorised team members.
Google account data. The SocietyScan script accesses only the operator's own Google Drive, Sheets, Forms and Gmail, to file submissions and send notifications. It does not access other users' Google data.
Retention and deletion. We keep lead records while a project is being evaluated or pursued. Write to admin@vinkiya.com to ask for your details to be corrected or deleted.
Changes. Updates will be posted on this page.
